In mediation Lior is very specific and ensures from the start that everyone involved understands the children’s best interest ALWAYS comes first which is such a refreshing change compared to many other mediators/solicitors that I have previously used.I believe this is a unique approach to mediation and leaves the adult parties concerned focusing on the children’s priorities in what is invariably a very tough transition time for all especially the children.
This is also reflected when sorting out the custodial and financial arrangements so that the children’s personal and financial wellbeing is paramount in the agreement between all parties

I would recommend Lior Sadé over any lawyers. She is also a Mackenzie Friend. Please feel free to message me if you want to know which lawyers to stay away from. Unfortunately the legal system in Hong Kong allows for illegal and unethical actions by the lawyers and judges without any penalty. I can also tell you which mediators and parenting coordinators you can and cannot trust. It’s a small circle in Hong Kong and most of them are looking out for each other by recommending the same group of people to each other. Only a minor few are okay and looking in the best interests of the children. I highly recommend Lior.… Actually I found Lior a bit too late …. Lior has been great with information I needed. It would have been great if I used her instead of lawyers…

In summary, representing oneself has been the best choice I have ever made, but under no circumstances I would have been able to do this without assistance of Lior as my divorce coach. It is very easy to succumb to emotions and react to challenges in exactly those ways the opposing legal counsel wants you to react. Lior helped me understand the process so that I could respond rationally. Secondly, one cannot have a crash course in legal procedures and document preparation and submission without the assistance of an experienced professional. Lior guided me, but allowed me to do some of the work in order to save costs. This proved very valuable. And finally, Lior provided me with strategic insight for negotiations, often convincing me that my initial reaction or thoughts needed nuancing. Drawing on her experience I learned of alternative ways to think about conflict resolution, which ended up benefitting me and give me a final settlement deal I was more satisfied with than if I had entirely come up with it myself.
